AsystAIPhoto Policy
The rules for profile photos, avatars, business logos and listing photos on AsystAI. They are part of the AsystAI Terms of Service.

Your choices
Your profile picture is up to you. You can:
- Upload a photo, then center and size it in the editor before saving.
- Pick an AsystAI avatar if you'd rather not show your face.
- Use nothing, and your initials appear instead.
Businesses can add a logo in the separate business logo space on their profile.
Licensed professionals and the verified check
When we confirm a real estate license or other credential, a green check can appear next to your name. Others see that check only when your profile picture is a real, current headshot of you (or, for a business, its logo). This lets people recognize the professional they hire or let into a home.
- Avatars and other images are allowed, but the check stays hidden for others until you add a headshot.
- Check the box "This is a real, current photo of me" only if it is true. A headshot should show your face clearly, be reasonably recent, and be just you.
- A brokerage on AsystAI may ask its agents for a headshot that meets its own standards.
Allowed
- Photos of yourself
- AsystAI avatars
- Your own artwork, or images you have permission to use
- Your own business logo (in the logo space)
- Listing photos you took or have the right to publish
Not allowed
- Pictures of another person presented as you, including other agents, public figures or AI-made look-alikes
- Another company's logo, branding or brokerage name
- Nudity, sexual content, violence, gore, hate symbols or harassment
- Images of children who are not yours, or that show where a child lives or goes to school
- Photos you don't have the rights to, such as other agents' listing photos or professional photos used without a license
- Personal information in the picture: phone numbers, addresses, IDs or QR codes to other sites
Listing and property photos
- Only upload photos you took or have permission to use. MLS listing photos belong to their photographers and listing brokers and are shown on AsystAI under the MLS's rules.
- Photos must show the property honestly. Don't digitally remove defects or add features that aren't there. Virtually staged photos must be labeled as staged.
- Avoid showing people, license plates or family photos inside the home.
How we use your photos
- You keep ownership of what you upload. You give AsystAI permission to store, resize and display it on AsystAI wherever your profile or listing appears, including your public profile page if you choose to be Visible. That permission ends when you remove the photo.
- Profile photos are cropped to a square and resized to 400 pixels in your browser before upload. We don't keep the original file.
- Profile photos are visible to anyone who can see your profile. Choose Anonymous in your profile to stay out of the member Directory.
- We don't sell your photos or use them to identify you with face recognition.
Removal and reporting
- You can remove or replace your photo at any time from your profile.
- We may remove any image that breaks this policy, hide a verified check, or suspend an account for repeated or serious violations.
- To report a photo, including one that impersonates you or uses your copyrighted work, email joe@ampmenow.com with the profile or listing link and the reason. For a copyright claim, include your contact details, the work you own, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized.
