AsystAI

Licensee & Business Name Policy

How licensed professionals and businesses must present themselves on AsystAI. This policy applies along with the AsystAI Terms of Service and the Photo Policy.

Last updated October 6, 2026

Our policy: every licensee and every business on AsystAI must use names and details that match their professional license and their state registration, exactly.

Why

In most states, licensees who advertise or offer their services must use their name as it appears on their professional license, and the business name they're licensed or registered under. Real estate licensees in Florida, for example, must advertise under their licensed name and their brokerage's registered name. Similar rules apply to mortgage loan originators, contractors, insurance agents, appraisers and other licensed professions.

AsystAI applies one standard everywhere, so buyers, sellers and other members always know exactly who they're dealing with.

How we verify

When details don't match

Each state sets its own advertising rules, and some are stricter than this policy. Licensees remain responsible for following their own state's rules and their broker's or employer's policies. This page isn't legal advice. Questions or a report about a profile: joe@ampmenow.com.
