How AsystAI collects, uses, shares and protects your information.

What we collect

Account details you give us: name, email, mobile number, company, profile photo or logo, social links, and the services you offer.
Professional details: license numbers, states, types and expiration dates, continuing-education records, and the documents you upload. We check license details against public records such as the Florida DBPR.
Sign-in information: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. If you use a passkey, your device keeps the private key; we store only the public key.
What you do on AsystAI: saved properties, searches and alerts, messages, showing requests, listings, deal rooms, team invitations, referrals and leads you create.
Payments: what you bought and its status. Card, PayPal and bank payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal or our bank; we do not store full card or bank account numbers.
Technical data: device and browser type, pages viewed and approximate location derived from your IP address, used to run and protect the service.

How we use it

To create and secure your account, sign you in, and show your profile where you choose to be visible.
To provide the features you use: property search and alerts, listings, letters and mailings, showings, teams, deal rooms, referrals and payments.
To send the messages you asked for through the channels you connected (email, text, WhatsApp, Telegram). Every message includes a way to stop.
To verify licenses and keep the platform accurate and safe, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Google user data

When you choose “Continue with Google,” AsystAI receives only your name, email address and profile picture, and uses them only to create and sign in to your AsystAI account. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or contacts through sign-in, we do not share Google user data with third parties except the service providers that host AsystAI, and we do not use it to train AI models. AsystAI’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Inbox automation (Gmail and other email accounts)

Inbox automation is optional and off until you turn it on. If you connect your Gmail account (or another email account, or forward mail to your AsystAI inbox address), AsystAI reads the messages you share so it can do one thing for you: turn your business email into organized work in AsystAI. That means updating your deal rooms with loan, title, appraisal, insurance, inspection and repair news; listing the steps you or your deal partners need to take; and recording lender programs, builder communities and incentives you receive.

What we access: with Gmail, read-only access to your messages and their attachments (the gmail.readonly permission), plus your email address. We cannot send, delete or change mail in your account.
What we keep: the facts we pull from a message (for example a loan number, a closing date, a quote amount, a step to take) and a short summary, saved to your own deal rooms and records. We do not keep copies of messages that are personal or unrelated to your business, and we do not copy borrower Social Security numbers, account numbers or credit reports into AsystAI.
Who sees it: you, and the deal partners you have added to the deal room where an update lands. People at AsystAI do not read your mail, except with your permission for support, for security, or when the law requires it.
AI: AI models read messages only to perform this service for you, through providers whose terms prohibit using the data to train their models. AsystAI does not use your email, or any Google user data, to train or improve AI or machine-learning models.
No ads, no sale: we never use your email for advertising, never sell it, and never share it except as described here.
Your control: in My Account you can pause, turn off or delete inbox automation at any time. Turning it off disconnects the account; deleting it also erases what we pulled from your mail, including the lines it added to your deal rooms. You can also revoke AsystAI’s access from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Who we share it with

Other members, as you direct: your public profile if you choose Visible; your contact details with the people on your team or in a deal room; your request details with the broker or owner you contact.
Service providers that run AsystAI for us under confidentiality obligations: hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), payments (Stripe, PayPal, our bank), messaging and email providers, and print and mail partners for letters you send.
When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our members and the public.

Your choices

Edit your profile, contact details and visibility any time in My Account.
Turn off any message channel in My Account › Communication, or reply STOP.
Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by emailing joe@ampmenow.com. Some records (payments, license verifications) are kept as long as the law requires.

Security and retention

We use encryption in transit, access controls and private storage for documents. We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes above and our legal obligations.

Children

AsystAI is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
